PP200
PP200PAT, the Company’s lead product, has been shown in pre-clinical studies to localize at up to 200 times higher concentration in tumors than normal tissues. These studies have also shown that, after a 6 month follow-up period, PP200PAT increases the cure rate of tumor-bearing mice from 33% (when treated with standard radiation alone) up to 90% (when treated with radiotherapy and PP200PAT). If these results were replicated in the clinic, this would translate to around 9 out of 10 long-term patient cures compared to the current 3 to 4 out of 10.
PP200PAT tumor control.

PP200PET
A diagnostics drug (created when part of the PP200 compound is combined with a radioactive copper or cobalt molecule) for use with Positron Emission Tomography to identify tumor parameters, patient selection and assist with treatment planning.

PP200GK
PP200 is also activated by gamma radiation. In this context, the product is known as PP200GK, a Gamma Knife agent that can be used to amplify the effect of Gamma Knife surgery.

PP200BNCT
This product is the 10B enriched version of PP200 when used in conjunction with Boron Neutron Capture Technology (BNCT).

PP300
This drug also works with BNCT. Psimei has developed a novel formulation of an existing compound. Over 500 patients have already been treated with this compound. Psimei has manufactured cGMP PP300 and has supplied clinical trial sites.

PP405
PsiMei has been evaluating boron-based polymers as potential tumor delivery agents of chemotherapeutic molecules. PP405 carries the chemotherapeutic agent paclitaxel. Linking paclitaxel to this polymer molecule greatly reduces the toxicity profile, enabling much higher single doses of paclitaxel to be delivered.
